What virtual tours should be in 2019…
A virtual tour is a movie trailer for your listing.
It should be entertaining to watch online as the video creatively glides through a home and while upbeat music plays in the background.
When done correctly your home-sellers will love the virtual tour, but more importantly they will love you for investing in this level of marketing for thier home.
Furthermore, buyers who are interested in the home will greatly appreciate a video of it.
Below are examples of virtual tours I recently shot. My equipment used for filming these videos are shown in the image below. This is a Panasonic GH5 affixed to a DJI Ronin-M.
Branded and Non Branded Virtual Tours
Because many MLS’s are outdated, agents are not allowed to “brand” themselves on photo & video listing content that is uploaded to it.
Therefore, when your order a virtual tour shoot we create two videos. One for the MLS, the Non-Branded Video, and one for everywhere else, the Branded Video.
Branded videos are distributed on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram.
You can see all of my Non Branded Virtual Tour on my Vimeo page by clicking here. Below are some good ones I picked out for you to watch.
In this video you meet Jeanne (my girlfriend) as she introduces you to her own home that she sold before we moved to Oceanside, California.
We shoot with professional gear
Technology is increasing at such a fast rate that camera gear quickly becomes outdated in just 2-3 years.
We simply want to be the best in the world at producing virtual tour videos, and to accomplish this we must constantly re-invest into our gear and training.
Panasonic GH5: The Best Camera for Shooting Virtual Tours in 2019
In 2017, we upgraded all of our gear again and added the Panasonic GH5 to our lineup. This camera produces absolutely stunning, clear, and detailed footage at 60fps in 4K. We plan on using the GH5 has our main camera for virtual tours in 2018 and 2019.
All of the videos shown above we shot using the Panasonic GH5.
